Ever since the publication of our first tutorial in 2007, Tuts+ has always been part of the broader Envato (then called Eden!) community. Our content and approach has grown hand-in-hand with Envato Market in the years since then, as we expanded into increasingly diverse topic areas.
Fast-forward eight years, and today we're excited to be introducing a new logo and branding for Tuts+, more closely aligning our identity with the company we've been part of all along — Envato!
Our New Name & Logo
Say hello to the new Envato Tuts+! This is the first step in a broader re-branding of our identity and website design over the coming months.
We'll be making various improvements to your experience as an Envato Tuts+ student, as well as integrating our site more closely with the rest of Envato.

What is Envato?
Just in case you've been a long-time follower of Tuts+ without a proper introduction to Envato, I thought it might be useful to summarise what the rest of Envato does!
In short, Envato is an ecosystem of sites to help you get creative. As well as Envato Tuts+, it includes Envato Market, the leading marketplace for images, themes, project files and creative assets. And Envato Studio, which connects clients with hand-picked freelance talent. Envato's sites and services help millions of people around the world.

Envato Market
Envato Market is home to thousands of talented designers, developers and creators of all kinds, who sell a huge range of digital goods and assets. There’s everything from photographs to project files, sound effects to video templates. The largest of the Envato Market sites is ThemeForest, home to WordPress themes, website, email and eCommerce templates.
Envato Studio
Envato Studio is an online marketplace for freelance services, with dozens of categories including logo design, photo retouching and icon design. Envato Studio makes it easy for both service providers and clients to get all the information they need up-front, communicate quickly, and get the job done.
What's Next for Envato Tuts+?
We're working hard behind the scenes on various improvements and refinements to everything we do at Envato Tuts+. Here's a quick look at what to expect over the coming months!
- A New Design: We're working on a design refresh for the site. We'll be making it easier to see how Envato Tuts+ fits within the rest of the company, continuing to improve your reading and course experience, and refining your experience on mobile.
- Closer Integration with Envato: We'll be working on ways to introduce you to other areas of Envato. Helpful suggestions of Market items that you can follow along with in tutorials, articles that offer useful advice for your freelance business, tips on how to make the most of the Envato ecosystem — you get the idea!
- More Content, in More Formats: We'll be publishing more content, in a wider variety of different lengths. Shorter courses to watch in your coffee break, moreIn 60 Seconds videos, and plenty of bite-size Quick Tip content.
- Ongoing Focus on Translation: We now have almost 1,500 translated tutorials on Envato Tuts+, and have no plans to slow down! Look out for a new way to browse all our translated content in your native language soon.
We're really excited about everything we have planned, and can't wait to share it with you! Thanks for joining us on the journey, and for being an Envato Tuts+ student.
As ever, if you have any ideas, suggestions, or requests, we're around in the comments. We'd love your feedback!
