Introduction
Before we start working on this tutorial, download the zip file and install the pattern. To do that, go to Edit > Presets > Preset Manager. Change Preset Type to Patterns.

After that, click on the Load button, find our pattern file on your device, and press Load. That's all—now the patterns have been added. Also, you can drag and drop the pattern file to Photoshop.
Don't forget to Save images on your computer. It will help you to get the same result.
1. How to Create a Base of the Room
Step 1
Pick the Default Foreground and Background Colors (D). Keep in mind that Anti-alias should be unchecked for all tools that we will use in this tutorial.
Open Photoshop (I use Photoshop CS6), go to File > New, and create a new 412 x 395 px document (the Background Contents should be White).

Step 2
Go to Layer > New > Group to create a new Group with the name Room. Create a New Layer (Layer > New > Layer) in this group.

Step 3
Pick the Pencil Tool (B) and create two L-shaped lines whose sizes are 192 x 1 px in both directions (the two central pixels overlap each other). They are two pixels across for every one pixel down. The distance between the lines is 170 px.

Step 4
Pick the Lasso Tool (L) with UncheckedAnti-alias, and select the lower line. Duplicate it and Rotate by 180°. Place it below the other lines. Pick the Pencil Tool (B) and connect the upper and lower parts.

Step 5
Here I started adding a room outline showing the volume of the brick. Delete all unnecessary pixels (marked by pink color). Change the layer name to "Room".

Step 6
Pick the Magic Wand Tool (W) with UncheckedAnti-alias, and click on the ground. Create a New Layer, and fill it using Foreground Color. Double-click with your mouse to apply the following Layer Style. Add a Pattern Overlay with these settings:
- Blend Mode: Overlay
- Opacity: 100%
- Click on Pattern and select the floor pattern
- Scale: 100%

Step 7
Return to the Room layer. Select the walls using the Magic Wand Tool (W) with Unchecked Anti-alias. Create a New Layer, and fill it using ForegroundColor. Double-click with your mouse to apply the following Layer Style. Change the Fill Opacity to 0%.
Add a Pattern Overlay with these settings:
- Blend Mode: Overlay
- Opacity: 100%
- Click on Pattern and select the wallpaper pattern
- Scale: 100%

Step 8
Return to the Room layer again. Fill all the gaps.

Step 9
Pick the Pencil Tool (B) and change the color of the inner black lines, using the following colors:
- Floor:
#b78c71
- Highlight:
#ffffff
- Wall:
#4c848d

Step 10
Create a skirting board using #bbb9b6
and #ffffff
colors. Merge all layers in the group. Hide the group.

2. How to Create a Sofa
Step 1
Pick the Default Foreground and Background Colors (D).
Go to Layer > New > Group to create a new Group. Type Sofa in the Name field. Create a New Layer (Layer > New > Layer) in this group.

Step 2
Pick the Pencil Tool (B) and draw two L-shaped lines 18 x 1 px in Width and 66 x 1 px in Depth (40 px between them).

Step 3
Pick the Lasso Tool (L), and select the upper line. Duplicate it and Rotate it by 180°. Place them above the other lines. Pick the Pencil Tool (B) and connect the upper and lower parts. Delete any unnecessary pixels.

Step 4
Fill the gaps between the lines using #f8f8c6
, #d8d0a0
and #7f7757
colors.

Step 5
Change the highlight color to #f8f8e8
. Set the Foreground Color to #4e4135
. After that, pick the Paint Bucket Tool (G), Uncheck Contiguous, and click on Black Outline. The right armrest is ready.

Step 6
Duplicate the right armrest, and push it left by 112 px (and up by 56 px).

Step 7
Using the same technique, colors and tools, we create other boxes for our sofa (each element on a separate layer).

Step 8
Combine all the boxes and make our sofa. Hide the group.

3. How to Create a Carpet
Step 1
Before continuing, pick the Default Foreground and Background Colors (D).
Go to Layer > New > Group to create a new Group. Type "Carpet"in the Name field. Create a New Layer (Layer > New > Layer) in this group.

Step 2
Draw lines whose sizes are 146 x 1 px in Width and 138 x 1 px in Depth (the first two pixels of each line overlap).

Step 3
Duplicate the layer and move by 10 px. Repeat the action. As a result, you get three layers with L-shaped lines. Merge all of them, and Delete unnecessary pixels (marked by pink color).

Step 4
Let's add the top lines for the carpet. Go to Layer > Duplicate Layer to Duplicate the layer. Then go to Image > Image Rotation > 180° to Rotate it. Place the copy above the other lines. Merge both layers.

Step 5
Pick the Paint Bucket Tool (G) and fill the gaps between the lines using #73719c
and #b5b2de
colors. Set the Foreground Color to #504f76
and click on the black lines. Hide the group.

4. How to Create a Table
Step 1
Before continuing, pick the Default Foreground and Background Colors (D).
Go to Layer > New > Group to create a new Group. Type Table in the Name field. Create a New Layer (Layer > New > Layer) in this group.

Step 2
I added a line whose size is 62 x 1 px (these are two pixels across for every one pixel down). It will be the width of our table.

Step 3
And now add some depth.

Step 4
Let's add the top lines for the table. Pick the layer with the L-shaped line and Duplicate it. Go to Image > Image Rotation > 180° to Rotate it. Merge layers and fill, using #dfbf8e
color.

Step 5
Go to Layer > Duplicate Layer to Duplicate the layer. Select the original layer and move it by 4 px. Connect them using the Pencil Tool (B). Merge all layers in the Table group.

Step 6
Pick the Paint Bucket Tool (G) and fill the front side and depth using #c9a979
(lighter) and #95675a
(darker) colors. Pick the Eraser Tool (E) and Delete some pixels (I added some pink markers to show the unnecessary ones).

Step 7
Set the Foreground Color to #f4e1c3
and draw a highlight, using the Pencil Tool (B). Change the Foreground Color to #2b2b2b
. Pick the Paint Bucket Tool (G), uncheck Contiguous, and click on the black line.

Step 8
Create a New Layer and move it to the bottom of the Table group. Draw the leg of the table (use #404968
color for the outline, #6b949c
for the dark side, and #c5eaf0
for the highlight).

Step 9
Duplicate the layer three times and move them to their place. Merge all layers in the group. Hide the layer.

5. How to Create a TV
Step 1
Before continuing, pick the Default Foreground and Background Colors (D).
Go to Layer > New > Group to create a new Group. Type "TV" in the Name field. Pick the thinnest box of the sofa, and Duplicate that layer. Move the copy to the TV group. Pick the Rectangular Marquee Tool (M) and select the lower part of the box. Right-click the selection and select Layer via Cut. Move the new layer down by 16 px. Merge the layers inside the group. Connect the lines and fill the gaps.

Step 2
Change the colors:
- Upper:
#6e7488
- Front:
#525663
- Side:
#383c45
- Highlight:
#818796
- Outline:
#20232e

Step 3
Pick the Pencil Tool (B) and draw a screen. Fill it using #000000
color.

Step 4
Set the Foreground Color to #000000
and draw speakers. Merge all layers in the group. Hide the layer.

Congratulations, You're Done!
Make all groups and layers Visible. Go to File > Place to place additional elements (pictures, flowerpot). Sort the groups and layers. Place elements as you want. I'm showing you only one option for how they can be placed.
